Welcome
Dear all,
Welcome to 'The Art of Holding space'!
I am really, really looking forward to meeting you all and to spending 3 months exploring the field of gathering.
I'm planning our time together these days. Even though it is the 19th time that I'm offering this course, I still feel like it's the first time every time a new group comes together. Is ways you could it argue that it is never the same course.
I'm sending you practical info, so please read through and keep this email throughout the course.

If you do not know Zoom, you can download the app we need here: https://us02web.zoom.us/signup
Recordings and resource page:
All sessions / modules are recorded for those of you who cannot attend live. Recordings are uploaded to the session page 24hours after sessions.
There will be times when you break up in groups. It is in private zoom room - there will be no recording during these shares.
The 'session 1' page will be opened up on the 22nd. I will give a little introduction of the resources etc. during our first session.
What to bring to sessions:
* note book and colors
* tea, water, snacks ('optional')
* blanket, socks or whatever you need to sit as comfortably as possible
* headset
Before we meet, please reflect on:
* What does community mean to you?
* What makes a space safe for you?
* Why do you feel a call to gather?
* What do you hope or expect to take away from the course?
That's it for now. Please feel free to email me with any questions.
Thank you for saying yes to this journey <3
Warmly
Carina
