“For the past 12 years I have gathered people in tending to the fire, earth medicine mentorships and apprenticeships. I’ve told and gathered stories. Most importantly I’ve listened. Work I started, because I longed for community for myself. Trying to make sustainable change for the Earth and the people. I have longed for those who held lived experience and stories. Those who could guide us in a life full of uprooting and free falling “

TESTIMONIALS

“Carina has a rare talent for spotting deep patterns, unfolding them and in a very holding space, supporting you to move towards a place where you feel most comfortable. She is a rock and inspiration that allows people around her to unfold. And she is liberatingly open-minded and non-judging. Carina is a woman who is a gift to have by your side” Laila Torsheim, yoga teacher and psychologist at www.yogakompagniet.dk

“Carina has the gift to be able to hold the space in such beautiful way. No unnecessary interruptions, no unnecessary comments, no pressure to try to resonate. She wasn’t there to show me she gets me or how smart she is, just to love me with my stories by holding the space. As a story keeper Carina brings the gift of healing in a sort of lost art. Holding space like nobody to be able to tell our stories in a way that we want to remember them. I felt so whole.“ Fernanda Lodeiro, Whole Fertile Life And Feminine Leadership

“Carina brought me to a good place, both as an individual and most importantly amongst others in a close, comfortable radius. Her carefully planned themes were focused on sharing insights, both hers and ours. Carina’s knowledge and questions brought us skillfully to sharing and building our thoughts. Her form of guidance is based on seeing both the personal and the universal, the shared and the unique in us, and bringing us the next step. There are many others around that though invariably very different form ourselves share the same. We are women. And Carina is a gem. You nurtured both body and mind.” Christine
